The Developer
The W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate Division is a
subsidiary of the W.C. Bradley Co., a Columbus,
Georgia privately owned company whose origins
date back to 1885. For over 40 years, the Real Estate
Division has been one of the leading developers in the
community. Residentially, it has developed numerous
subdivisions including Brookstone; Treetops; Callaway
Woods; Grey Rock and Maple Ridge Golf Community,
in which it developed several condominium projects.
Commercially, it has developed office, retail, industrial
and specialty projects throughout the region including
Brookstone Centre suburban office park; Bradley Park
Drive retail complex; several projects along Veterans
Parkway; and several projects along Moon Road.
Recently Bradley Real Estate Division formed W. C.
Bradley Co., Real Estate, LLC, a full-service brokerage
company that specializes in residential and commercial
properties especially in the central business district.
The attention to detail by Bradley Real Estate has
resulted in many accolades and awards to include:
The Georgia Urban Forestry Council; Trees Columbus,
Inc.; Keep Columbus Beautiful and the Ledger-
Enquirer.
Recently, Bradley Real Estate shifted its strategic
focus to the Central Business District. Being one
of the largest property owners in this area, Bradley Real
Estate is committed to continuing the development
of the Uptown area - not only for the benefit of its
own properties but also for the benefit of the entire
community. It has been in the past, and will continue to
be in the future, a key stakeholder in Uptown Columbus,
a non-profit organization dedicated to improvements of
the Central Business District.
Two recent projects, the Synovus office building and
the Eagle & Phenix development clearly evidences
this focus. The Synovus building, a 125,000 square foot
class A urban office tower, established a new standard
for office properties. The Eagle & Phenix project, with
its condominiums, office, retail and restaurants along
the banks of the Chattahoochee River in the middle of
Uptown, will surely become the new landmark for the
entire region.
